The paper describes the calculation of input parameters for static strength analysis or generative design steering knuckle a Formula Student race car. initial data were: overall and mounting dimensions rim tire, hub brake disk, magnitude force acting on contact patch wheel with road, sliding friction between disk pads, tie rod attachment, location coordinates ball joint mounts caliper. During calculations, bearings were selected forces coordinate axes calculated, which must be applied to part simulate work loads. was performed by methods. As result, six load cases obtained, simulating in right left turns oversteer understeer, as well during braking maximum negative acceleration. Also, 3D model built, has excessive (factor safety is higher than 6).
